Indonesia - Entry Requirements for Participants in Bali  🇮🇩

1. Visa Application

All participants must apply for an Indonesian visa before travelling.

• Please visit the official Indonesian e-Visa portal: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
• Select and apply for B1 Visa.
• We recommend submitting your application as early as possible to avoid any delays.

2. Arrival Card (Mandatory)

In addition to your visa, you are required to complete the Arrival Card.

• This can be done on the same website: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
• Click on “Submit Arrival Card Now”.
• This must be completed within 3 days before your arrival in Indonesia.
• After submission, you will receive a QR code, which will allow you to pass through immigration more quickly at the airport.

Please ensure both steps are completed before your departure to ensure a smooth entry into Bali.
